Tunis/Tunisia — The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs that the Huawei company has launched in Tunisia a know-how development programme for young Tunisian talents called – Telecom Seeds For the Future.
This programme is part of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), on June 1st, 2018, between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy and the Chinese company Huawei specialised in the ICT field.
This programme will enable thirty (30) Tunisian students specialising in the field of ICT to follow online training by offering them the opportunity to familiarise themselves with innovative practices with Huawei engineers and to cultivate a spirit of international cooperation, the ministry specifies.
To apply for the programme, students must be enrolled in the third year of an engineering degree in computer science and/or information and communication technology at a public higher education institution, be ranked in the top five in their second-year class, have an advanced level of English, and be recommended by their institutions.
