And the Emmerdale writer revealed it was one of the soap’s actresses Samantha Giles who cast a spell to help the couple conceive.
Speaking to The Sun, Sharon said: “Sam does lucky spells and she did a lucky spell to help me get pregnant. I carry it with me as my lucky charm, I always have it on me.

Samantha, who plays Bernice Blackstock on the ITV soap, has been open about her use of spells in the past, admitting she used one to meet her husband Sean Pritchard.
She previously told Lorraine: “I cast a love spell before I met Sean to meet the right person – it’s not as bonkers as it sounds.
”Lots of people are into manifesting. A lot of people have read The Secret, it’s ritualising it and using all kids of things.
“I use candles and crystals in the magic I do. I wrote down exactly what I was after. When I met Sean, I looked at it a few months later and he was exactly what I was looking for.”
