The Love Island winners lasted just four months, before deciding to go their separate ways after coming to blows over their conflicting schedules.
Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies insisted they would remain friends, and appear to have put their heartache behind them as they move on with their respective projects.
As Amber launches a fitness programme, Kem is gearing up for his stint on Dancing On Ice when the series returns in January.
Opening up about how the competition has helped take his mind off of any heartbreak, Kem said he has found it helpful to “concentrate on something”.
“It’s been a good distraction,” he told The Sun Online.
“Even if I’m out there [on the ice] on my own just skating around it’s good to concentrate on something.

“It’s cathartic. I’ve got really into it now as well, I’m videoing it and showing my mum and dad at home and they think it’s really good.”
He also revealed he has become close friends with his dance partner, Alex Murphy, and even FaceTimes her boyfriend after training sessions.
Meanwhile, Amber candidly discussed her emotions shortly after their break-up.
The Welsh beauty revealed she was left “anxious, angry and nervous”.
After throwing herself into her fitness, Amber has been able to distract her mind from ex Kem Cetinay and has turned her project into a business.
She added that she is setting up a website and now wants to help others get through a breakup by using fitness.
