I’m so excited to announce my new blog with OK! Online, and hope you all enjoy reading about all things The Only Way Is Essex, relationships and everything in-between.
It’s been a really busy time in the countdown to the festive season. We’ve managed to film the TOWIE Christmas special, as well as getting reading for my anniversary with James Lock, and I’ve even come face-to-face with his ex-girlfriend Danielle Armstrong again – and that’s just in the last few weeks!
TOWIE Christmas special
I’m quite organised when it comes to Christmas, so I like to get everything two months in advance – I just get way too excited. Obviously we’ve had a massive party for the TOWIE Christmas special, and while I can’t say too much, I can say there’s going to be a lot of romance.
Thankfully, there’s not too much drama – it’s just a true spirit of Christmas episode, where I went as a sexy Santa. While you can expect romance from some people on TOWIE, I’m not sure what’s going on with Lauren Pope and Jon Clark – they were quite unexpected for me, and I don’t know if they were very well suited.
Whether they were just a thing because we were all together in the same group I don’t know, but do I think they’re right for each other? Probably not!

Coming face-to-face with Danielle Armstrong – again
One of the biggest things that happened on TOWIE this year was when James’ ex Danielle Armstrong appeared on the Halloween special, which was quite awkward at the time.
However, I can now say I think me and Danielle are OK. I’ve seen her out a few times since we came face-to-face in TOWIE, and we honestly got on fine.
We had a little chat actually at an awards show a few weeks ago. It was really good for me, and I really needed to do it and just have that conversation. It went really well. She came up to me – James wasn’t there so it probably made it a bit easier, but we just got on so well.
She actually even said to me that if I wasn’t going out with James, we’d probably be really good friends as we’re both so similar – even our birthdays are on the same day!
But as much as I think she’s a lovely girl though, my loyalties lie with James, so I could never imagine myself going out partying with her. It would be weird – you can’t really go out with your boyfriend’s exes.
What are you supposed to do, sit around the table and share pictures with each other? But I really am over the moon we’ve managed to make things friendly between us.
Mine and James’ one year anniversary
Speaking of James, we’re about to celebrate our first anniversary together at the end of January! He better have something good planned, but for the time being we’re going to spend some time together in Marrakesh.
My dad has a villa there, and we’re all going – James has actually invited all of his family there as well to stay in the villa, so it’s probably going to be a bit like ‘Meet the Fockers’ as our families are very different, and don’t know each other too well. We’ll have to wait and see how that goes. It will definitely be a testing holiday!
We’ve only just come back from Rome together, which I booked for James’ birthday. It was one of the best city breaks I could have asked for.
People say me and James have moved too fast, because we literally spend every single day together. The only time we spent apart is when I got my nose done, and that’s the only time we’ve ever properly rowed – because we spent time apart. So when we’re together on holiday, we get on like a house on fire. We are such a team, and we’re better together than we are apart!
That’s all for now, but there’s plenty more to come over the next few weeks.
Lots of love,
