Me and James Lock have been living it up in Dubai for the past couple of weeks, and it has been incredible. The sun, sand and sea – and no arguments! It truly has been a magical escape, and exactly what we needed.
This week, I also made a very big announcement about a recent procedure I had, and I’ll tell you more about that below – it feels so good to be able to talk about it, and to share all the details with you here.
Undergoing a second boob job
So I recently decided to open up online about a procedure that I had, which was to undergo a second boob job after I was left with scarring from my first augmentation.
It felt really good finally telling people about my boob job. I wanted to wait a while until they had settled a bit before doing a post and showing them off – I have always been super honest and open about what I have had done, so it felt best to get it out in the open.
Regarding the scarring, I knew that there was always a risk after surgery that it might not be as small as I wanted. Unfortunately after my first boob job I felt super conscious about it, as the scarring was so bad and I couldn’t wear certain tops and bikinis.

I was fed up of feeling sad and unconfident about them so thought it was finally time to fix them – and my surgeon was just amazing, so I felt in safe hands.
Mine and James’ Dubai getaway
Oh my god, our holiday was amazing. Considering we were away for nearly two weeks, we got on like a house on fire. There was a group of our friends and partners who came away with us, so it was super fun that us girls could go have a shop or sunbathe whilst the boys had fun on the jet skis – I am not about that!
Even though we were holidaying as a group, we made sure we had some dinners just us and the quality time was amazing. I think it will set us up well ahead of jetting off to film with The Only Way Is Essex for the new series. Unfortunately I can’t say where we are heading yet, but you know me – I am already thinking of bikinis and outfits to wear ahead of filming!
The only downside of Dubai is that I ate far too much – ahem, The Cheesecake Factory! Thank God there are none in the UK – but I’m back now, so focusing on a little healthy eating.
Losing the World Cup
James was OBSESSED with the World Cup, and made me watch it with him and his mates in Dubai. I am not a football fan, however I did find myself getting into the England games.
The boys did so well and I can’t believe its been so many years since we have been in the semi-finals, so it is a great achievement for them. So gutted it didn’t come home! Here’s to next time.
Where I’ve been away I have not caught up on Love Island yet, so feel a little out of the loop – but I’ve seen all these “loyal” memes going round, so I need to catch up to see what all the fuss is with Georgia! I still am team Dani and Jack and absolutely love that they are still going strong.
Until next time,
