But The Body Coach shared a candid video, admitting he has lost his way recently, and can’t stop eating chocolate.
Taking to Facebook, he confessed to his 2.7million followers that he had been enjoying a host of takeaway options and ice cream, and topping meals off with fizzy drinks.
“I want to talk to you about how I’ve completely lost my motivation and can’t stop eating this stuff,” he told viewers, while holding up two bars of chocolate.
After explaining his mum had brought over a selection of treats during a trip to the US, he continued: “Since that day, I’ve been having a right blow out,”
“Obviously I’m in America and there’s loads of fast food. I’ve kind of lost my way. I basically need to get back in the game mentally. I’ve just been lazy. I can’t be bothered to exercise.”
“When there’s a burger on the menu I’m getting it, when there’s dessert I’m getting it.

“I’m having ice creams every day, I’m drinking loads of fizzy drinks.”
Joe admitted his actions have led to him ‘craving’ the snacks – which he can usually go for months without – but he is starting to get back to normal.
“Ultimately what this does to me is make me crave it. I can go weeks and months without sugar, but the minute I start eating it I crave it,” he added.
“Today I got up, I got straight to the beach, done a little workout. I feel so much better,’ he said.
“I’ve told myself I’m just going to drink water, I’m not going to drink all the fizzy drinks I’ve been drinking. I’m not going to eat chocolate.”
He ended the clip by vowing to be sensible in the future.
And fans rushed to praise the 31 year old for being so honest about the reality behind his diets.
“Love this. So nice to know that even a fitness & nutrition guru falls off the wagon and can admit it. Makes everyone else feel normal,” one replied.
“Very inspiring Joe and appropriate for me also! I can relate to everything you say,” another said.
“It’s good to know everyone has blips,” a third posted. “I’m the same with junk food, better to banish it from the house completely because I will eat a share bag of crisps in one night by myself!”
While a fourth added: “Thank god it happens to fitness gurus too and not just mere mortals like me.”
