Strictly Come Dancing’s Kevin and Karen Clifton will set out on their 44-date UK tour despite getting divorced.
The celebrity couple, who married in July 2015, finally confirmed they’d split following weeks of speculation during an interview on the Chris Evan’s’ Radio 2 breakfast show on Thursday, 15 March 2018.
And Kevin took to Instagram on Saturday night to spread the word that the show must go on and the former couple are looking for “energetic dancers” to join them on stage.
“Attention Dancers! We are holding auditions for our tour. Looking for energetic dancers with star power,” he captioned a tour poster.
The dancing couple shocked the nation when they announced their split following months of rumours and headlines about their fractured marriage.
But Kevin insisted that the duo are still close friends and will always work well together.

Kevin admitted live on air: “Privately we are not together anymore but professionally we are stronger than ever before.
“Dance is how we came together and is what glues us together.
“We’re still the best of friends – we still have a lot of love and respect for each other.
“What we’ve found is that since we’ve been honest with each other it’s unlocked our creativity.”
The duo met on the show back in 2013, tying the knot two years later and only recently confirming they were to go on tour together – despite months of split speculation.
Karen added: “We have such strong chemistry and it’s about entertaining and inspiring. At the end of the day it’s about giving back to fans. We’re feeling very positive.”
