The 24th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards are underway, with film fans excited for the stars’ arrival on the red carpet.
The event, taking place at LA’s Shrine Exposition Centre, is usually an indicator of who will win an Oscar.
Since actors and actresses made a huge statement at the Golden Globes 2018 by wearing all black fans had wondered if the stars would adopt the same gesture this time to protest against sexual harassment and support victims of abuse.
It was a trend that had been expected to continue throughout all awards by some, however it was not continued at the SAG Awards, with a whole host of colourful dresses showcased. However that wasn’t to say the Time’s Up movement was forgotten about, as stars continued to wear the pin badges, and the awards are being hosted by women.
