The rapper was married to the Made In Chelsea star for three years, before their relationship came to an end in 2016.
Professor Green – who is now dating model Fae Williams – has admitted he felt like “a bit of a novelty” during their marriage and that he had “nothing in common” with her pals.
In an interview with The Times he said: “I’ve been in places and felt a bit like a novelty. Meeting certain people’s family members and almost having to prove myself.”
The music star – whose real name is Stephen Manderson – said he felt more at ease with the eccentric types in Chelsea, rather than Millie Mackintosh’s social circle.
He added: “[I had] nothing in common with anyone apart from the old eccentrics, who I loved — you know, passing me their spliff outside the pub. And parents who’d actually worked for their lot.”
Pro Green adds that he felt out of place at one particular dinner party, after a guest opted to ‘fist-bump him’ after shaking hands with everyone else.

And even when shopping in the luxury areas of London he would feel uncomfortable after store assistants made prejudices about his outfit.
The 34 year old continued: “People do look at you as if you’re going to steal something when you walk in wearing a tracksuit.”

Millie is now engaged to fellow Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor – whom she briefly dated before meeting Professor Green.
