Which makes sense as a lot of Meghan’s outfits are from Canada, where Jessica is from.
A source told the publication: “She emailed the designers on the future royal’s behalf and arranged for a selection of pieces to be sent to Kensington Palace.”
Meghan Markle’s love of Canadian brands is down to Jessica Mulroney
Meghan lived in Canada for several years while filming for Suits where she played the role of Rachel Zane.
Since announcing her engagement, Meghan has continued to pay tribute to the country she lived and worked in.
And now it looks like that could be down to Jessica, as the stylist previously told The Globe and Mail: “We have such a wealth of talent in Canada, and it’s a shame that sometimes these designers don’t get the opportunity to have an international stage.”
Jessica Mulroney has a famous husband
She’s married to Ben Mulroney, who is a Canadian television presenter.
He is also the son of former Canadian Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney.
Jessica Mulroney is a wedding stylist
Meghan could turn to her BFF for wedding dress advice, as Jessica also styles brides.
She has an Instagram page dedicated to styling brides and recently wrote: “I do a lot of styling, but there’s nothing like doing it with brides. So excited about our new collections @kleinfeldcanada and @maisonbirks.
“Can’t wait to meet new brides-to-be this year! Who’s getting married?”
Well, Meghan is, and it’s likely Jessica will play a part in her big day.
