The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle arrived at Kensington Palace alongside husband Prince Harry and her mother, Doria Ragland today as she launched her charity cookbook, Together: Our Community Cookbook, in honour of Grenfell Tower.
Prince Harry, 34, supported wife Meghan, 37, in more ways than one at the important event, as he was seen patting down her hair in an adorable moment.
Harry stood behind his new wife as she and guests at the soirée in the grounds of Kensington Palace posed for a picture.
Unfortunately a gust of wind blew Meghan’s glossy dark locks into her face, causing her husband to give her a helping hand.
In an adorable moment caught on camera, Harry was seen smoothing down the back of Meghan’s hair, as she gave him an appreciative smile.
Royal watchers clearly loved the sweet moment, with one Twitter user writing: “I LOVE THEM!!! SOMEONE STOP ME WITH THIS VIDEOS!!! MY HEART IS ABOUT TO BURST!”
Another fan gushed: “ARGHHHH THESE TWO!! This almost competes with wedding lip bite for my favorite moment.”
A third person commented: “harry smoothing meghan’s hair it’s the cutest thing you’ll see today.”
Meghan looked effortlessly chic as she sported a plain black roll neck top alongside a pleated midi skirt for the event.
The former Suits actress threw a bright blue duster coat on top of her ensemble to add a splash of colour, finishing her look off with a pair of black high heels.
Meanwhile, Meghan’s mother Doria looked as stylish as her daughter, opting for a pair of yellow tapered trousers which she paired with a matching top and a scarf, which she draped over her shoulders.
Prince Harry also looked dapper as he supported his wife’s new venture, sporting a casual grey suit and a crisp white shirt.
This is the first time that Doria has joined her daughter Meghan at a royal engagement, as she has not visited the UK since the Royal Wedding.
The cook book is filled with 50 recipes from Hubb Community Kitchen, somewhere Meghan has been visiting privately since the Grenfell fire tragedy struck, as they strive to heal the local community and bring people together through food.
