Prince Harry has reportedly taken on an LA weight loss regime in time for his royal wedding to Meghan Markle.
The prince and the former Suits actress are said to be attempting to shape up before their wedding day, with The Daily Mail reporting that Harry is even spending $ 575 a month at an exclusive gym.
They added that Meghan, 36, has also encouraged her fiancee to adopt a healthier diet, cutting out the carbs and replacing them with food like kale and quinoa.
In a bid to shed the pounds, the pair have also purchased an expensive juicer, and are trying to maintain a ‘clean eating’ programme.
A source told the publication: “Meghan has completely changed Harry’s diet,.
“She’s got him juicing and he has lost at least half a stone, which is a lot for someone as skinny as he is.”
Ooo a Prince William and Kate Middleton Royal Wedding mug we actually WANT!
Meghan has always been interested in wellness, previously writing about her healthy lifestyle on blog, The Stig.
But now Harry, 33, is keen to keep up with his partner, who eats vegan food during the week and takes runs around Kensington Gardens.
Previously, it was reported that Meghan has also shed weight in time for her big day – taking her dress to be altered ‘repeatedly” after her figure changed.
According to The Sun Meghan has had at least three fittings after losing a “significant amount of weight” before the nuptials.
The website reports that the 36-year-old’s dress has been altered by designers Ralph and Russo and the gown costs a whopping £40,000.
The duo will marry at Windsor Castle, with the ceremony taking place within St George’s Chapel on May 19.
