A statement read: “The marriage of Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle will take place at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle in May 2018.
“Her Majesty The Queen has granted permission for the wedding to take place at the Chapel.
“The Royal Family will pay for the wedding.
“Further details about the wedding will be announced in due course.”
It has also been announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be carrying out their first engagement together this week.
Kensington Palace said: “Prince Harry and Ms. Markle will undertake their first official engagements together in Nottingham this Friday.

“Prince Harry is looking forward to introducing Ms. Markle to a community that has become very special to him.
“They will visit a Terrence Higgins Trust #worldAIDSday charity fair where they will meet representatives of organisations supporting people living with HIV/AIDS.
“Prince Harry and Ms. Markle will speak to staff and mentors @NottinghamAcad about the Full Effect programme which is helping prevent young people from turning to violence and crime.”
According to BBC, the palace added that 36 year old Meghan – a protestant – will be baptised and confirmed before the wedding.
The Suits actress also intends to become a British citizen and will work towards it in the coming years.
