The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle has proudly showed off her baby bump, during the third day of the royal couple’s Australian tour in Melbourne on Thursday.
Meghan, who announced she was expecting her first child with Prince Harry on Monday, looked stunning in a beautiful navy Dion Lee dress after previously dressing her bump in loose-fitting gowns and oversized coats.
Giving fans a tiny glimpse of her bump, the 37 year old couldn’t help but beam as she walked hand-in-hand with her doting other half, 34, as they headed out for another day of royal duties.
During the tour, Meghan and Harry have spoken with fans over their delight of becoming first-time parents.
Meghan told one royal fan she was doing “pretty well,” but was suffering from tiredness – also telling a fellow mother she was “running on adrenaline” following the announcement.
Thousands of people greeted the royal couple in Melbourne, as they got out of their motorcade to mingle with the crowd in the morning.
The pair received a variety of baby clothes, just days after their exciting announcement. The couple are set to meet youth leaders and community members during a reception at Government House, including those from This Girl Can and The Man Cave organisations.
It’s a little different to the pair’s day two itinerary, which saw Meghan and Harry roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty as they fed cows.
During her trip, Meghan played with 13 month old Ruby Carroll, whose mother Emily Carroll, 33, is a farm family member.
According to MailOnline, Emily said: “Meghan told me that she’s feeling pretty good so far, which is great, and that she’s running on adrenaline.
“She said they’re doing 76 engagements in 16 days, with maybe one rest in the middle. She’s made for this royal business, isn’t she?”
She added of Harry and Meghan: “They’re both great with kids.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s baby is due in Spring 2019.
Following the announcement of their pregnancy, Harry said in Australia: “We genuinely couldn’t think of a better place to announce the upcoming baby, whether it’s a boy or a girl, so thank you very much.”
