And the former TOWIE star has spoken out about her plans to get back to work, after giving birth to the little one.
But the brunette beauty revealed her upcoming arrival will not be featured in any storylines on the ITVBe series.
Speaking exclusively to OK! Magazine, she explained exactly why her little one would not be making an appearance on the show.
Ferne said: “I’m not on it so why would I want my baby on it?
“It would be weird for my baby to become a character on TOWIE on its own. I’m not going back on the show and I don’t think I ever will.”
But, despite this, the 27 year old confessed she is still a fan of the series.

“I love the show and I love watching it,” she said.
And Ferne – who revealed who would be in the hospital room with her when the little one arrives – is adamant that being a mum won’t slow her down too much – as she is planning to keep working on her various projects after giving birth.
When asked how much time off she will be taking from her presenting stint on This Morning, Sam Faiers’ pal admitted she would ‘play it by ear’.
“I want to be a working mum, so the baby is going to go into work with me,” the reality star explained.
“I’m going to continue filming my show and I have a new range out in the New Year. I’m still filming a few bits with This Morning, and it’s not like I’m Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield and I have to be there every day.
“I haven’t been in the studio for ages but the last time I saw them they were so lovely and supportive.”
