Keith Lemon has claimed that Paddy McGuinness did not go on a date with former All Saints singer Nicole Appleton.
Take Me Out host Paddy was spotted on a night out arm in arm with Nicole which sparked rumours his marriage to wife Christine McGuinness was going through a difficult patch.
But Keith, real name Leigh Francis, has said the night out had no romantic connections, and he was there to prove it.
Speaking to The Metro, the Celebrity Juice host said: “Paddy’s fantastic. He’s really excited about The Keith And Paddy Picture Show.
“As for his personal life, I guess I’m not supposed to talk about it so better not do…I know everything’s cool at home. That’s probably as much as I can give out.
“Actually I will say something, he didn’t have a date with Nicole Appleton, because I was there too! And I’m like, ‘How come I’m not in the f*****g pictures?’. It was all nothing but b******s.”
He continued: “Sometimes people run out of things to say in the press so they make stuff up. I was reading it thinking, ‘Eh? That’s not true.’ That ain’t true.
“Although he’s not allowed to say anything, his PR people tell him not to comment on it otherwise you’re fuelling the story – as I am right now! But everything’s ace and he’s really excited for The Keith And Paddy Picture Show.”

Christine was seen crying in public and took to social media to post cryptic messages after the pictures of Paddy and Nicole emerged.
However she was recently pictured looking happier than ever with her wedding ring back on.
Paddy also paid tribute to his wife recently, gushing about how supportive she had been to him.
“To all the ladies out there and my amazing, strong, supportive wife, A fantastic mother to our 3 wonderful children, we’re all blessed for having you in our lives. Thank you for everything @MrsCMcGuinness #internationalwomensday2018,” he tweeted.
