Though Kem Cetinay is best friends with Olivia Attwood’s boyfriend Chris Hughes, Olivia said that she and Kem are not as close as they once were.
And speaking to OK! Online at the National Television Awards at London’s O2 Arena, Olivia hinted that fame has changed Kem, who is currently starring in Dancing On Ice.
Olivia, 26, said that she wasn’t sure if she would be seated near Kem during the ceremony, though they were both attending the show to root for Love Island.
She said: “I feel like fame affects everyone differently. People you live with are not always who you thought you knew, or the same thing on the outside [of the villa].
She continued: “That’s all I’m going to say about that.”
Kem and Amber announced their shock split in November, just four months after winning Love Island.

And at the National Television Awards this week, the newly single reality stars did their best to avoid each other on the red carpet.
However, inside at the start of the show, host Dermot O’Leary spoke about the popular ITV2 dating show – while the cameras panned onto Kem and Amber sitting next to each other.
Yet later on, eagle-eyed viewers spotted that the former couple had swapped seats – so Olivia and Chris were sat in between them.
Fans couldn’t get over the scenes and took to Twitter to share their thoughts, with one person saying: “Lol how Amber and Kem was sat next to each other until Dermot mentioned them as part of script and they had switched places #NTAs.”
A different user said: “Anyone notice Kem and Amber swap seats #NTAs.”
Olivia looked stunning at the event, wowing in a blue, strapless sheer gown embroidered in flowers.
