Samantha Markle has arrived in the UK after revealing her attempts to stage a one-on-one meeting with her estranged half sister, Meghan Markle, over their father’s health, according to her publicist.
Samantha tweeted: “Having a wonderful time in London! British people have been so lovely and helpful!
“If I can survive the roundabouts it will be a miracle LOL!”

Samantha and Meghan’s father Thomas Markle, 74, made headlines worldwide when he pulled out of attending the 37 year old’s wedding to Prince Harry, 34, in May when he suffered a heart attack just days before the nuptials.
Samantha, 53, regularly speaks about her strained relationship with Meghan and publicly begs her sister to contact their father.
Meghan has kept silent over the issues, but Samantha is hoping to meet with her, marking the first time she has spoken to her sister in a decade.
Before she arrived in London, Samantha’s publicist, Rob Cooper, revealed plans for the meeting.
He continued to allege that Samantha has been continuously ignored when trying to contact Meghan via Kensington Palace and fears that the Duchess has no idea about Samantha’s pleas.
Rob tweeted on Monday 24 September: “Samantha Markle is coming to the UK. After making numerous attempts in private to arrange a one on one meeting with The Duchess of Sussex to discuss their 74 year old father’s health, Kensington Palace have refused to respond.
“I fear Meghan may not be made aware of these discreet attempts and therefore making this public is the only option we have left.
“I currently have Samantha in Europe with just one short flight away. This DOESN’T need to be public, we would prefer to keep this private. Samantha is coming to the UK this week, like it or not.”
Samantha recently slammed her brother-in-law Prince Harry as he celebrated his 34th birthday by tweeting a gif of a ginger hamster eating cake.
She wrote alongside the animation: “Happy Birthday Harry! As you ‘Mack down’ on your birthday cake, think about the birthday wishes you never extended to your FATHER-IN-LAW.”
