And it was recently confirmed their wedding date has been set for Saturday, May 19, 2018.
Some were left worried as the day happened to clash with the FA Cup Final, which Prince William attends annually as president of the Football Association.
As well as appearing at the match, he also presents the winning team with the trophy.
However, it seems Kensington Palace and the FA have worked out a way for pregnant Kate Middleton’s husband to attend both.
The FA has released a statement about the eagerly anticipated final – which Arsenal were triumphant in this year.
“Everyone at The FA is delighted for HRH Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with the announcement of their wedding at Windsor Castle next year,” it read.

“Saturday 19 May promises to be a wonderful day such a special royal occasion being followed by English football’s showpiece event, the Emirates FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium.
“With millions coming together to watch both events at home and around the world, it will be a day to celebrate.”
The final will be kicking off at 5:30pm at Wembley Stadium, meaning William can still appear at both.
Kensington Palace confirmed Meghan and Harry’s wedding date in a statement on December 15.
The official Twitter account told their 1.1million followers: “His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle will marry on 19th May 2018.
“Today’s announcement follows earlier confirmation of the month of the wedding and its location at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.”
