Olivia Attwood has hit out at this year’s Love Island contestants for not having enough sex.
The 2017 islander complained that this year’s stars were “trying to stay celibate,” because they were too aware of everybody watching them at home.
“So far, Megan Barton Hanson, Wes Nelson, Laura Anderson, Josh Denzel and Kazimir Crossley have ‘done bits’ in the villa,” she said in her new! magazine column.
“I don’t know if everyone else is trying to stay celibate, but I think they’re all thinking too much about what’s going to happen in the outside world.”
Encouraging this year’s islanders to put their inhibitions aside, Liv added: “It doesn’t make any difference.
“Look at Camilla Thurlow and me – having sex in the villa hasn’t really affected us.”

She reasoned: “If you like someone and you’re in your twenties, you have sex.
“In my year, we felt we were just thinking about it as a TV show.
“It takes away the spontaneous nature of the relationships”.
Liv’s comments come after bosses reportedly planned to “axe sex scenes and hideaway romps” in order to focus on the couples’ romance.
It comes as bosses are apparently worried that the show could be compared to MTV’s Geordie Shore, which sees couples openly having sex.
A source told the Daily Star: “Love Island has become infamous for its contestants having sex on camera, but that’s not what producers want people to focus on.”
