Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood can no longer see any hope for Dr Alex George on the ITV2 show, feeling all of his attempts at romance are “forced”.
Venting her frustration about the 27-year-old unlucky in love NHS worker in her latest column for new! magazine, she explained: “I’m finding it really hard to buy into Dr Alex at the moment. It all just feels really forced and I don’t see any chemistry between him and any of the girls.”
The blonde telly fave, along with the rest of the country, had initially seemed sympathetic towards Dr Alex’s cause, but as time has worn on, so have people’s patience.
Olivia, 27, previously remarked: “Alex is just so different to the type of guy those girls would normally date or meet on a night out, so he’s getting pushed into the friend zone.
“He needs to relax and come out of his shell a bit! I know it’s easier said than done though in there.”
One of the original islanders, since arriving at the Majorca villa last month Alex has failed to find romance with a string of ladies.

So far he has tried and failed to have relationships with Samira Mighty, Megan Barton Hanson and Ellie Brown.
He then got close to Charlie Williams in Casa Amor, but soon shocked everyone by recoupling with Grace, who has since been dumped from the show.
During Dr Alex and Grace’s short-live romance, fans were left cringing behind their sofas as they questioned his sexual partner claims amid his embarrassing flirting with the beauty.
TV presenter and mind coach, Anna Williamson, personally thinks that Alex is beyond help on the ITV2 show.
Speaking exclusively to OK! Online, she predicted that the doctor’s time in the villa is “running out.”
She said: “Alex’s time is running out, he is standing out like a sore thumb now as not compatible with any of the villa girls. He’s a genuine, articulate guy, but his flirting prowess unfortunately isn’t best placed for the Love Island villa, it’s all a bit awkward.”
