Love Island fans were left in shock when it was announced that Samira Mighty has left the villa, in scenes set to air in tonight’s episode.
The West End star, who was an original Islander, was left devastated after her love interest Frankie Foster was dumped from the villa, alongside Grace Wardle.
Samira was seen sobbing to the girls as she branded the move unfair, with the star having had a run of bad luck romantically in the villa.
Following Samira’s exit from the villa, Frankie has now revealed that he plans to make her his girlfriend.
Speaking to The Sun, Frankie admitted that he has not spoken to Samira yet, but plans to ask her to become his girlfriend after realising how much she means to him.
Frankie emotionally revealed: “All I’m thinking about is getting to see her. I’m buzzing to see her.

“We left at a point in our relationship where we were about to turn serious. I do want Samira to be my girlfriend.
“I don’t think her feelings towards me have changed and I only feel stronger about her. I honestly really like her.”
He continued: “Waking up and then watching her on TV made me realise even more now much I liked her and how much I wanted to be with her.”
“I think it says a lot she’s left the villa to see me. It cements how she feels about me which is nice for me because I know how I feel.
“I think things will accelerate quite quickly when I see each other.”
When Frankie was asked if his head has been turned by other women since he left the Love Island villa, he replied: “No of course not.”
