Taking to her Instagram story, she wrote: “So tonight I had a major anxiety attack, had my hair & makeup done ready to go… and then I just couldn’t face going on and being around ‘perfect’ people.

“The thought of a pap getting a bad photo or someone judging me has totally overtaken my night. I know it’s part of being in the public eye but it’s still hard.”

She continued: “My pregnancy tum isn’t shifting & now I don’t even want to go out in public. Does anyone else ever feel like this?

“The pressure to be perfect effects us all and most of the time I ignore it, but right now I’m finding it very hard.”

It comes after the brunette beauty slammed the stigma over post-baby weight, saying she finds it hard to see mums like Kylie Jenner bounce back into shape so quickly after giving birth.

“It’s really hard seeing people like Kylie Jenner. Normally I don’t like to comment on them but I do get emotional,” she told Metro.

“There is Photoshop, they’ve got loads of people, they’ve got personal trainers, they’ve got people to look after their children, and they’ve got chefs to cook all their meals to make sure they’re eating healthy.

“As new mums, we don’t all have that. It’s amazing they have that, but there are some days when Nathan’s come in and there’s just a sausage roll in the fridge!”

She later added: “Be realistic, we have babies to look after, washing to do. We barely have time to look after ourselves, we’re looking after a baby.”
