The Love Island winner was at the National Television Awards on Tuesday night, before posting a photo on social media which saw a bank card, rolled-up note and what appeared to be a suspicious white powder on the table in front of her.
After denying claims she was involved in taking any sort of suspicious white powder, Amber Davies has now issued a statement and shared a series of videos across her social media profiles to express her heartbreak at the situation.
She wrote in a message on Twitter: “There have been a lot of stories around this afternoon and I just want to set the record straight.
“I was completely naive to what was lying on the table in front of me. I don’t know for sure what it was, but I do know what it looks like, and I am devastated. I have never and would never take drugs. That is not who I am.
“I’m fully aware that my supporters look up to me and the last thing I want is for people to think this is the type of thing I’d do. I’m a normal girl with an amazing family and I would never let them down like that.”
The 21 year old also said in a video on Snapchat that she “has never touched drugs” and “never will”.

Kem Cetinay’s ex girlfriend explains she’s more upset for her family, explaining she “wasn’t brought up like that”.
Amber said: “So I don’t think I’ve cried so much in my entire life. Obviously we can’t control what goes into press but I do want to confirm I’ve never taken drugs and I never will.
“It’s not how I’ve been brought up. I just feel heartbroken about my family and for my family that I’m being associated with it, when I’ve never ever done it.”
Amber continued: “And it’s heartbreaking for me because pople can think what they want, and this is what’s so hard about this industry and its tough but I’ve got to get over it.”
She finished her emotional message: “Everyone who knows me knows I don’t touch drugs and I just think, if people put themselves in my situation, imagine how you’d feel when people are assuming things. Its really heartbreaking.”
Following the hastily-deleted picture, a source told OK! Online that Amber wasn’t in her own hotel room when she posed for the photo, and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
