EastEnders star Danny Dyer has kept quiet about his daughter Dani joining the latest series of Love Island.
Dani has been coupled up with Jack Fincham on the show, and has been a fan favourite to go to the finals with her bubbly personality.
But so-called “hard-man” Danny broke down in tears over his 22-year-old daughter’s appearance on the ITV2 show after she became upset after discovering Jack had cheated on his previous girlfriends.
Danny’s wife Joanne Mas, 41, opened up on how they’re feeling about their daughter entering the vila, explaining that he wasn’t happy about the decision at first.
“Danny wasn’t happy at first when she was going into the show but at the moment he thinks Dani has done well with her behaviour,” she explained to the Mirror.
“He got a bit choked up when she was sad about finding out Jack was a t***.

“That’s his daughter and they have a very close bond.”
Danny is even missing his daughter already, despite the fact that she’s only one week into the eight-week-long show.
Joanne said: “He wishes she’d be a bit like me when it comes to emotions, as he thinks I’m hard work and I don’t give anything away. Basically not a melt.
“He said to me the other day, ‘Babe I really miss Dani, do you?’ She hadn’t even been gone a week. I said, ‘Nope, I’m loving the no drama’.
“He already asked if she left a Father’s Day card – of course she has. Dani has been hurt by boys but Dani is sensitive, she’s emotional losing a water bottle at home.”
