London 2017 World Championship: IAAF appoints Ogba chief scrutineer

The IAAF has appointed Evangelist Solomon Ogba as Chief Scrutineer for the 51st IAAF Congress keeping in London, England, venue of the IAAF World Championships.
A letter signed with the aid of Anne-Marie Garrigan, manager of Institutional boards within the Governance, Member & world relations division of the IAAF stated that “it is a pleasure to tell you that throughout its meeting on thirty first July 2017, the IAAF Council has nominated you as a Scruitneer all the way through the upcoming 51st IAAF Congress on 3rd August 2017.”
whereas Ogba and Rosamunde Carey had been appointed Chief Scrutineers, the others, who’re Scrutineeers, are Sarifa Fagilde from Mozambique, Kwan Kee from Hong Kong, Yoonis Yaqoob Issa Al Siyabi Timor Leste, Nijole Medvedeva from Lithuania, Jack Cohen from Israel, Gordon Orlikow from Canada, Linda Hammersley from New Zealand, Brian Roe from Australia, Mirian Cristina Ermacora from Argentina, and Manuel Bravo from Ecuador.
Garrigan instructed that there might be a day before the congress in order that they will be absolutely privy to their roles and duties right through the Congress.
