Lisa Armstrong revealed that she still believes in love despite her traumatic split from estranged husband Ant McPartlin.
The former pop star is yet to open up about their broken relationship to the press but has remained active on social media and given fans insight into her feelings by retweeting and liking messages of support from Twitter users.
Lisa – who stuck by Ant through his addiction to painkillers before he called time on their 11-year marriage in January – liked a potentially revealing tweet by boxing star Chris Eubank.
It said, “If somebody treats you bad, slanders your name, tells lies about you, just remember there’s something wrong with them, not you.
“Normal people don’t go around destroying other people.”
The make-up artist – who has kept a picture of her and Ant as her Twitter profile photo – also liked a post shared by James Corden about keeping faith in love.

It read: “Their opinions aren’t your problem, You stay kind, committed to love, and free in your authenticity.
“No matter what they do or say don’t you dare doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Just keep on shining like you do.”
Ant and Lisa met 23 years ago and still share their beloved dog Hurley, who they are set to work out custody of in the coming weeks.
Sources close to Lisa said she wishes she could have “helped to save” Ant before his drink drive crash and arrest last week.
The Saturday Night Takeaway star was admitted last year that he was addicted to prescription drugs following a botched knee operation.
He entered rehab again, with his first stint taking place just before his latest run on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
