LEEDS United and Celtic want Arsenal teenager Chuba Akpom.

Akpom has decided it is the right time for him to depart the Emirates for regular first-team soccer.

The 21-12 months-old has been something of a nomad, having been on loan at Brentford, Coventry city, Nottingham forest, Hull city and Brighton.

Akpom has been away from the Emirates so regularly that only four of his sixty seven senior league appearances have come for the Gunners.

but such is his popularity that Leeds need him to replace the experienced Chris wood, who’s heading for Burnley.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is also in the market for a new frontman to compete with Mousa Dembele and Leigh Griffiths.

So he’s ready to rival Leeds for Akpom’s signature.

To his credit Akpom has a good England report, having represented his u . s . from underneath-sixteen to underneath 21- levels.

In forty four world outings he has scored 20 instances to underline his huge possible.

but he has never been given an actual opportunity to ascertain himself in any first-group.

And he did ranking every other four in different competitions for Hull, when he helped them out of the Championship in 2016.

With Carl Jenkinson and Cohen Bramall set to enroll in Birmingham on mortgage, it looks like this week may see some severe trimming of the Arsenal squad.
