Love Island star Paul Knops sensationally claimed Laura Anderson may have been seeing new love interest Max Morley before they split.
The islanders, who came second in this year’s show, split months after they appeared on the ITV2 match-making programme – with Laura confirming her romance with Love Island season one star Max shortly afterwards.
However, Paul, 31, bizarrely claimed on FUBAR radio that the air hostess, 29, moved on with Paul “weeks” before he ended their romance.
“I read something that said she had been dating him for quite a few weeks so…” he said on air.
However, Laura his vehemently bit back at the claims – with her representative telling MailOnline: “It’s total nonsense.
“Paul broke up with her and weeks later she spoke to Max and then weeks after that they met up.”

When host Lizzie Cundy asked if he thought Laura was capable of doing that, Paul replied: “I don’t know if she had. I really don’t know.
“I mean it’s fine. I made the decision so essentially if she goes and meets someone the next day, she’s entitled to. You know?”
Lizzie also quizzed to see if Paul really feels fine about Laura and Max’s new relationship. Paul added: “If she’s happy then absolutely”
Paul did note, however, that he and Laura are now on good terms.
He added: “You know everybody wanted to know what was going on with us afterwards.
“You know we had a bit of a funny five minutes, but we’ve spoken since then and if we see each other at events we say hi and see how each other are.”
