Just days after it was reported that Katie Price was having to flog her beloved farmyard animals, the former glamour model is having to sell her house in her latest attempt to battle debts, reports suggest.
The Sun Online reports that her Surrey mansion costs Katie around £10,000 a month to maintain.
With “two charges and a bankruptcy notice” against the property, Celebrity Big Brother winner Katie is reportedly selling her luxurious home.
A source told Daily Star Sunday: “Katie’s having to sell her home to recover money. I don’t know how much change she’ll see from the sale… as there’s charges on it, plus tax owed.”
The mansion cost Katie, 40, a staggering £1.3 million when she purchased it in 2014. It is believed she took out a second mortgage for the property two years ago.
The publication continues to report that a bankruptcy notice was filed on the house in 2016, meaning action against the singer, planning to release her first solo album, had been “pending,” but did not make her bankrupt.

Katie’s house includes a two bedroom annexe, stables, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and 12 acres of land.
She recently gave fans a glimpse of her home, featuring on Through The Keyhole back in February.
The beauty was made to defend her house after appearing on the show, after viewers branded it “a s**thole,” following witnessing horse poo on the driveway.
She said: “I said to them to give me two more weeks as we are having it renovated. It will look completely different, but you guys didn’t want to wait… So now we can redo it.
“I didn’t even clear up, I just said ‘Let ‘em film it out here. You get used to [the horse poo] — it’s a farm — it’s smelly.”
