Katie Price has been released under investigation, after she was arrested at around 2am on Wednesday under suspicion of drink-driving.
Mother of five Katie was held by police officers after allegedly crashing her pink Range Rover in Woolwich, South East London.
Metropolitan Police confirmed to OK! online that the 40 year old has now been released under investigation.
It means she can now return home, but officers will continue investigating the events leading to her arrest.
At the time of her arrest, a Met Police spokesperson said: “At approximately 2am British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich.
“A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.”
Katie stepped out in recent days with her new boyfriend, Alex Adderson.
The star, who recently checked into rehab to seek treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, flashed a roll of twenty pound notes as she left The Mayfair Hotel in the capital in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, 6 October.
The pair were later seen heading to Annabel’s private members club until 2.30am, according to The Mirror.
They are believed to have begun dating shortly after her split from Kris Boyson.
Katie and Alex were spotted cosying up in Spain together in the days after her split, though she hasn’t publicly spoken about their romance.
