Kate Middleton and Prince William are set to welcome their third child after Kensington Palace announced their big baby news in September.
The Duchess of Cambridge – whose due date was recently revealed – has kept a low profile after suffering with severe morning sickness, even missing Prince George’s first day of school.
Kate, however, is clearly feeling better, as she’s made her first public appearance since her pregnancy news broke in a beautiful blue dress for World Mental Health Day.
The Duchess of Cambridge and her baby bump joined husband Prince William at the royal engagement to raise awareness for mental health.
Kate, 36, looked stunning in a powder blue dress – which some believed hinted she was having a baby boy – and black suede heels.
The lace number showed off a hint of baby bump, which delighted royal fans, and sat perfectly on the pregnant mother of two as she showed off her elegant maternity style.

Kate’s dress was a Temperley London number and cost £795, called the Eclipse Lace Collar Dress in Iris, it featured scalloped edges, frilled sleeves and neckline, with a contrast velvet neck tie.
But the Elizabethan-style dress choice completely divided the opinion of Kate’s fans.
Impressed by the choice, one fan wrote: “What a gorgeous dress. Glad she seems to be feeling a little better.”
Agreeing, another added: “She looks great. Love that dress.”
However, not everyone agreed, and felt Kate’s dress was a little too old fashion.
A social media user pointed out: “I hate this with a passion. It looks like a mix of a Victorian era dress and my grandmother’s tablecloth. But you’re still a goddess, Kate!”
Another agreed and commented: “I don’t like this dress. Kate looks beautiful, but the dress is awful. I might like the skirt if it were knee length. I do like the way it moves, but the top half is not good. Too old fashioned, in my opinion.”
