Kate Middleton – also known as the Duchess of Cambridge – made one huge change to her maternity style during a recent royal engagement.
Kate was joined by husband Prince William as they visited a SportsAid event at the Copper Box in the Olympic Park in London.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s mother, 36, has been wearing dresses a lot during her third pregnancy, however, has opted against her fashion pattern by wearing a trousers and top combination for the recent event.
Prince Harry’s sister-in-law wore a pair of skinny black trousers, teamed with a navy floral top, instead of a formal dress.

Prince William’s wife finished the look off in her cream £419 Goat coat, a recycled item from the Duchess.
Meghan Markle’s soon to be sister-in-law teamed the outfit with a black clutch bag and a pair of black heels.

Kate’s look is also more affordable than some of her others, with the Duchess wearing a Hobbs top currently in the sale for £49.00.
This new look comes a few days after Kate bought spring to London in a pastel green dress and coat combination.

Kate is also still wearing heels as her due date draws nearer, a fashion element which previously worried some fans due to the height.
However, the Duchess has a very clever hack of how to stay safe in her high heels as she wears gripped soles.
