The reality TV babe was set to switch on the Christmas lights at Welwyn Garden City in preparation for the festive season.
But Anna May Mangan started a petition to stop Kady having the honour, saying she was a bad role model to children.
The local council eventually dropped the 22 year old after the petition received over 1,300 signatures, dropped the 22 year old after the petition received over 1,300 signatures, and Kady and Anna even had a furious row on Good Morning Britain.
But Scott Thomas’ ex unearthed a picture that Anna May shared on Twitter back in July, of herself posing with 2017 Love Island star Theo Campbell, calling him “a proper gent”.
She captioned the picture at the time writing: “#theosapropergent here he is sticking it on me HAHA at 630am this morning @GMB.”
Sharing the picture with her 334k Twitter followers, Kady wrote: “So the lady who verbally attacked me on live tele didn’t mind asking for a photo with one of the male contestants from love island then.. (sic)”

She was instantly flooded with support, with followers blasting broadcaster Anna May.
Former Coronation Street star, and brother of ex Scott, Adam Thomas wrote: “Go on girl proud of you for standing your ground x.”
Nicola McLean added: “What a hypocrite – well done for standing your ground.”
Another follower asked said: “@AnnaMayMangan So, what’s your reasoning for one rule for males and another for females?”
Made In Chelsea star Tiffany Watson added: “I think there definitely are some bad role models from reality TV but in my opinion @kadymcdermottx is not one of them.”
“Absolutely ridiculous after the way she went on, if you ‘can’t recognise love island contestants with their clothes on’ how did she manage to recognise Theo then?” another follower commented.
