Joe, who has made a name for himself on Instagram and for his series of Lean in 15 cookery books, did not mince his words when discussing women who choose to go under the knife to alter their looks.
He explained: “Lips, nose jobs and facelifts and they all end up looking the same, don’t they? I sometimes look on Instagram at people I’ve followed and I don’t recognise them any more. It’s just sad,” he told The Sun on Sunday’s Fabulous magazine.
Pointing the finger of blame squarely at America’s biggest reality TV exports the Kardashians for encouraging what he describes as an alarming trend.
Joe lamented: ”You’ve got the Kardashians who completely remodel their faces and bodies and look attractive all of a sudden.”
Kym Kardashian has one of the most coveted backsides in the world but has always maintained that its shapeliness is au natural.
She has been open about her use of botox but always shot down allegations of other procedures such as liposuction and fillers.

The 31-year-old also singled out Kim Kardashian’s youngest half-sister Kylie Jenner, blasting: “Every girl in the world wants to look like Kylie Jenner and I don’t understand that. I just find it so unattractive.”
Kylie initially denied surgically enhancing her lips but has since admitted to having some help in the pouting department.
She has made a fortune thanks to her mega-selling lip kit sets.
UK reality TV stars didn’t come out unscathed either with Joe saying: “And there are girls in the UK on certain TV shows who are doing all the face stuff.”
While he didn’t name any names, TOWIE’s Fern McCann, and Geordie Shore favourites Charlotte Crosby and Chloe Ferry have spoken out about having nose jobs.
Marnie Simpson even confessed that she regretted having liposuction after it left her with scars.
Joe’s best advice for looking and feeling attractive? Ditch the botox and instead reach for a balanced and healthy diet combined with exercise.
