The ex Celebrity Big Brother star was sentenced to 20 weeks behind bars in November after he breached his community order by going off to Turkey without permission to get a hair transplant and new teeth.
But the Irishman has been released from prison on Wednesday (27 Dec 2017) after serving just 34 days behind bars.
According to reports, he left HMP Cardiff in Wales today after being sent down by a judge for breaching the community service order.
Jeremy wrote on Instagram to say thank you to his friends and followers for their ongoing support, telling them: “Thanks for all your messages. I’ve read so much lies and it’s incredible. Have a good New Year.”
He was originally arrested and found guilty of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis while she was holding their now-10-month-old son Caben, and throwing her around “like a rag doll”.
The 27-year-old reality star narrowly missed out on prison for the crime in August and was slapped with 200 hours of community service in August after he was found guilty.

However, he allegedly refused to scrub off some graffiti when he started the unpaid work in Glasgow because he believed it was a Banksy original.
As well as his community service, Jeremy was also ordered to pay £1,000 in court costs, £1,000 in compensation to Stephanie and a victims surcharge of £115.
He’s also been told to steer clear of Stephanie for three years and any communication regarding Caben has to be done via social service or the family court.
His friends had hoped his prison sentence would curb his wild lifestyle.
A source told The Sun Online: “We’re all stunned – no one thought he would be getting jailed today. But going to prison could be the best thing for Jeremy. There’s no booze, no wild parties – a chance for him to think about what he’s going to do with his life.
“Of course everyone is upset he’s going to be inside over Christmas. It’s going to be a tough but this could help him change his life for the better.”
