ITV star Jeremy Kyle has become a grandfather for the first time after his daughter welcomed a baby girl.
It was reported in February that the presenter’s daughter Harriet, from his first marriage to Kirsty Rowley, was pregnant.
And the 27-year-old gave birth to her first child this weekend, a baby girl named Isla.
A source told The Sun: “Jeremy is over the moon at becoming a grandfather for the first time.
“He’s going to spoil little Isla rotten and is proud as punch. He hasn’t stopped smiling since.”
A spokesperson later confirmed the happy news, saying: “Jeremy is absolutely ecstatic.”

In February it was revealed that Harriet was to become a mother for the first time.
A source told The Sun at the time: “Jeremy is over the moon at Harriet’s news. It’s a very exciting time for the whole family. Jeremy can’t wait to meet the little one.”
Harriet is the only child from Jeremy’s relationship with wife Kirsty, who he married in 1989 and split from the following year.
The ITV star went onto welcome Alice, 14, Ava, 12 and Henry, eight, with second wife Carla Germaine, whom he divorced in 2016.
Jeremy is currently engaged to his children’s former nanny Vicky Burton, 36.
The 52 year old recently discussed his wedding to Vicky while presenting on Good Morning Britain, but remained very coy about the details.
