I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Iain Lee claimed he fell into a well and hurt his ankle on Thursday, 29 March.

Iain – who stormed off Matthew Wright’s show earlier this month – worried fans when he took to Twitter to tell them he suffered a bizarre accident and toppled into a deep well, hurting his ankle in the process.

“It’s not metaphorical. It’s an actual well. This is nuts. Phone dying. Help is coming but I’m a bit shaken,” the radio presenter wrote on social media.

“See you at 10pm (on radio) or maybe just after.”

It comes after he banned callers from his show after getting into a row with one angry individual. He wrote on Twitter last week: “Because of the behaviour of some of the callers, from Monday next week my radio show will no longer be taking calls.

“It’s just too stressful for me. Very upsetting.”

Iain – who revealed his marriage is over and he is craving drugs earlier this month – has continued to struggle with his mental health since leaving the jungle.
