Very few royals have created social media accounts – with the likes of Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and William having official accounts run by Kensington Palace instead.
However, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie’s mum has broken the mould and opened up her own personal account – and is surprisingly very much into her celebrities.
Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, follows the likes of Holly Willoughby, Ant and Dec and Liam Payne on the social media site.
She also follows Catherine Zeta-Jones and TV chef Jamie Oliver.
Her daughter Eugenie only follows 18 people, including Ellie Goulding and the official Royal Family Instagram account.
Eugenie set up her Instagram page on March 8 to coincide with International Women’s Day and has over 60,000 followers.

She posted: “I can think of no better day than today, International Women’s Day, to launch my personal Instagram. I hope to use this platform to share the causes, passions and people close to my heart.”
On her site Eugenie has posted about her travels, shared heartfelt messages about her mother, sister and future husband, as well as her work.
She’s set to marry fiance Jack Brooksbank on October 12, 2018
The couple announced their engagement in January 2018, after dating for seven years.
The duo first met around 2011 when they were on a ski trip in Verbier, Switzerland.
Jack and Eugenie are currently living together at Kensington Palace’s Ivy Cottage.
