The Only Way Is Essex star, Gemma Collins, sent fans into uproar after she was pictured at a posh hotel in Hertfordshire with her jailbird ex, Stephen Mortimer.
The popular TV personality – who is currently looking for love on E4’s Celebs Go Dating – was spotted in Down Hall hotel on Valentine’s Day, on what appeared to be a romantic getaway with her former flame.
And now the pair have been spotted leaving the premises after a two day stay, as both Gemma and Stephen bundled their luggage into the back of her 4X4 and travelled off together.
The shocking news of Gemma’s rekindled romance comes as she is currently linked to two other men, Laurence Hearn from Celebs Go Dating, and her on-off TOWIE co-star, James ‘Arg’ Argent.
Laurence even took the time to wish his new suitor a happy Valentine’s Day yesterday, posting a picture of flowers and balloons which he’d sent her on his social media.
And while Gemma shared the balloons with her 755.9k Instagram followers, admitting it had been a “nice surprise to come home to”, it looks as if she was actually still at the spa with Stephen and hadn’t spotted the flowers at all.

Speaking about Gemma’s spa trip with her jailbird ex, a source told The Sun: “Gemma and Stephen were at the reception desk at Down Hall – they had their arms around each other.
“They were touching each other – being really affectionate. There was a bottle of champagne on the desk and they were enquiring about a spa day. She had a red balloon too.
“They’re 100 per cent together from what I saw.”
Stephen took to his Instagram account earlier on Wednesday to further cement rumours that the pair are back together with a loved-up selfie alongside a string of romantic emojis, including a red rose and heart.
Gemma’s ex was jailed for two years in October 2016 for stealing jewellery in a home raid.
He had also previously spent two years in prison for grievous bodily harm (GBH).
