Chelsea ace, Eden Hazard has lauded his team-mates for not giving up and winning on penalties against Norwich despite going down to nine men on Wednesday in the FA Cup fourth round game.
Chelsea and Norwich ended the game 1-1 draw after 120 minutes at Stamford Bridge and eventually won the game 5-3 on penalties
Hazard was happy that the Premeir league champions were able to get the job done in the end.
“Now we can focus on the league and get ready for the next game against Newcastle,” Hazard told BBC.
“It is the FA Cup it is not easy to win the game,” the Belgium International said.
“We gave everything, at the end of the game we played nine vs 11 so we showed great character.
“We are happy but also sad that we lost two players,” he said.
