Former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa has spoken out online for the first time since Love Island’s Marcel Somerville accused his ex-girlfriend, Gabby Allen, of cheating on him with Jacqueline’s husband, Dan Osborne.
Both Gabby and Dan vehemently denied Marcel’s claims, with Dan, who is rumoured to have split with Jacqueline, branding the accusations “ridiculous and untrue”.
Now, Jacqueline – who is set to give birth to the pair’s second child in a matter of weeks – has spoken out for the first time, instead focusing her energy on her pregnancy rather than the drama outside it.
Speaking to her 1.2 million Instagram followers, the Lauren Branning actress said: “Really excited for today. Baby shower, Soap Awards – I’ll see all my friends. Very excited.”
She went on: “Ella has woken up in a really good mood because she needed sleep yesterday, and so you know, today is going to be a good day.
“I put a bit of spray tan on last night on the face and the arms. Mikey’s coming over in a minute to do my make-up. Life’s good.”

It comes after the shocking allegations made by Marcel, stating that Gabby Allen had cheating on him with Dan Osborne on a health retreat.
Writing on Twitter, 26-year-old Dan also claimed that the allegations are causing stress for his pregnant wife Jacqueline, who is heavily pregnant wth the pair’s second child.
Dan wrote to his 679 thousand followers: “Also, more importantly, no matter what is happening in my private life etc and b******t stories I can laugh off… but it’s causing stress to Jacqueline, who is carrying our baby.

“She should be able to enjoy her last month of being pregnant without reading nonsense, thank you.”
Gabby wrote a statement following the accusations, adding: “Sadly, my ex boyfriend is accusing me of improper behaviour.
“I never did anything wrong during our relationship and was 100% faithful throughout. These are the actions of a man attempting to discredit me and make himself feel better about his own infidelity. I am absolutely gutted it has come to this. I wish Marcel and his family all the best for the future.”
Additionally, a spokesperson for Gabby denied the claims, telling The Sun: “Gabby was 100 per cent faithful during her relationship with Marcel and finds it disappointing that he is attempting to make himself feel better about his own adultery with these baseless and malicious untruths. She has moved on and wishes him all the best for the future.”
