For Strictly Come Dancing’s Halloween special, Aston Merrygold and his professional partner Janette Manrara performed the Paso Doble.
Their incredible performance, to Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit, earned high praise from the judges.
But it was the location of their VT before the performance that angered BBC One viewers.
In the clip, Jannette relocated their rehearsals to a cemetery for the JLS singer to get in the mood of the dance.
After practising their routine, the pair were chased around by someone dressed as an angel statue.
Viewers took to Twitter to reveal now “unnecessary” and “disrespectful” they found the location.

“Don’t agree with using a graveyard as a prop for entertainment for Aston’s VT,” one wrote.
“Have to say I thought that Aston and Jeanette rehearsing in a cemetery was in extremely poor taste. #strictly @bbcstrictly,” another said.
A third viewer wrote: “Disappointed over dancing in graveyard Aston & Jeanette – disrespectful.”
Another added: “@bbcstrictly love the show but was disgusted tonight with Aston & his partner dancing on graves in a cemetery! So disrespectful! Shame on you.”
“I thought Janette & Aston dancing and filming in a cemetery was a bit disrespectful and not necessary,” said another. “Brilliant performance on TV though.”
The routine earned two 10s from the judges with judge Bruno Tonioli saying it could “bring the dead back to life”.
