Model Danielle Lloyd welcomed her newborn son Ronnie O’Neill on Monday September 13 and has now exclusively opened up on his dramatic birth.
The mum-of-four had a difficult pregnancy after suffering from borderline gestational diabetes, urinary infections and severe back pain.
And things didn’t get any better for Danielle when she went into labour, despite her past three pregnancies being quick with her sons, Archie, seven, Harry, six, and George, four.
Opening up on the frightening ordeal exclusively in OK! Magazine, Danielle, 33, said her son got “stuck” during labour after a water birth at 11.25am.
“I was lucky that I got the water birth I’d always wanted, and I delivered him with just gas and air,” she explained.
The former Miss Great Britain recalled the scary moment her baby turned blue after his shoulder became stuck while she was delivering him.

“Ronnie got stuck during labour and for what felt like a lifetime – I was really scared. We were so worried he wouldn’t be able to breathe. Hearing him cry for the first time when he came out was the best feeling ever, and such a relief,” Danielle said.
The model welcomed her fourth child, and first with fiancé Michael O’Neill, on September 13.
Danielle shared the first pictures exclusively with OK! Magazine, and revealed the little tot’s name and the secret meaning behind the tribute to her late granddad.
Danielle said: “While I was pregnant it was a toss up between Ronnie and Leo, but we asked the boys and they all preferred Ronnie, so that’s what we went with.
“It suited him perfectly when he was born. It’s also my late granddad’s name, which makes it extra special.
“He doesn’t have any middle names, it’s just Ronnie O’Neill. He sounds like a snooker player, doesn’t he?! Now we just need a Reggie and we’ll have our two little Krays,” the 33-year-old explained.
