Dan Osborne couldn’t contain his excitement as he reunited with his adorable daughter Ella on Tuesday.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star ran out of a taxi and over to his front door as he eagerly greeted his 3-year-old daughter after three weeks away from her on Celebrity Big Brother.
Grinning from ear to ear as Ella jumped into his arms, Dan held her tightly and looked ecstatic to be back with his little one.
The TOWIE hunk – who came third in the final of the Channel 5 show, losing out to Kirstie Alley and winner Ryan Thomas – kept it casual as he returned to the family home that he shares with Jacqueline Jossa, in a pair of navy blue jeans and a beige bomber jacket.
Jacqueline stood at the front door as her husband returned from his stint away, watching on as he emotionally reunited with their child.
Ella also looked happy to see her dad again, wrapping her arms around his neck as he protectively carried her into their house.
Dan is also father to son Teddy from his previous relationship, and adorable little one Mia who he welcomed with EastEnders star Jacqueline in June.
Dan’s return home to his family comes after he openly admitted finding it difficult being without them while appearing on the popular reality show.
Speaking about them in the diary room while on the show, Dan said: “My children are absolutely everything to me.
“The thought of them not being proud of me is the scariest thing in the world. I just want to do my best for them and best by them.”
Despite splitting weeks before entering the Elstree compound, Dan also gushed about wife Jacqueline before their reunion on Tuesday, revealing to Emma Willis during his exit interview that he was hopeful they could mend their relationship once and for all.
Asked if he thought the experience in the Celebrity Big Brother house helped him decide what he wanted to do with regard to his marriage, Dan said: “I hope so. I wasn’t sure.”
He then added: I hope she’s talking to me after this. “I know that it has changed me as a person for the better. All I want is a happy home for my kids and I want my wife to be happy as well.”
