The stunning mother-of-two continued to speak out about her body, saying: “I’ve had two kids and I’ve got cellulite and flabby bits that I’d like to be thinner, and dresses that don’t fit anymore.”

Fortunately, she added: “But I have a body that works so I’m okay with that.”

Helen did admit she isn’t keen on going to the gym, but uses plenty of other methods to stay healthy and fit.

She explained: “I spend a lot of time outside and run about after the kids.
