Coleen Rooney welcomed her fourth child with husband Wayne on February 15, revealing his name as Cass Mac Rooney.
And the mother-of-four is said to have paid a secret tribute to her family surname, McLoughlin, in honour of their help over the years.
A source told The Sun Online: “She wanted to pay tribute to her family, the McLoughlin’s, after all the support they’ve given her over the years.”
The website adds that Coleen’s mother, Colette, has “been a rock” to the 31-year-old in raising her four boys.

Coleen recently took to social media to thank fans for the flood of messages she’s received, adding their newest addition was already at home.
“Thank you all for the lovely well wishes and messages,” she told her 1.32million fans.
“Really appreciate them. We are all in love with our Baby Cass who is Home, healthy and happy. Xx”

The 31 year old added: “Thank you so much @LiverpoolWomens hospital, as it always has been with my other children, you were fantastic again.
“We are so lucky to have such fantastic and caring doctors, nurses, midwives and staff etc to look after us. I really appreciate all your hard work x.”
Coleen announced Cass’ arrival on Twitter, posting: “So Happy to welcome our Baby Boy… Cass Mac Rooney into the world weighing a healthy 8lb 10oz. He is beautiful.”
