Emmerdale couple Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden have tied the knot in a secret ceremony nine years after getting engaged.
And exclusively sharing the details of their ceremony, the newlyweds revealed how they plan to celebrate their hen and stag do’s after getting married.
“My friends are already on it! The bridesmaids have set up a WhatsApp group and I have a text from Matthew’s cousin talking about the stag do. That will be the next thing,” Charley, 29, said.
Matthew, who stars as David Metcalfe on the soap, added: “We’ve done it all backwards but it’s all good fun how we’ve done it.”
The couple started dating after meeting on the set of the ITV soap back in 2007, and have since had two children, Buster, 7, and Bowie, 2.
But now they have finally got married during a surprise wedding ceremony, OK! Magazine can exclusively reveal.

Keeping the whole ceremony under wraps, the acting duo decided not even to tell their guests that they were about to be wed, instead pretending they were attending to celebrate Charley’s 30th birthday.
The pair’s one hundred guests were only let in on the surprise when they arrived at Ripley Castle, in Harrogate, and discovered that a wedding was taking place instead.
Speaking exclusively to OK! Magazine about her big day, Charley said: “That moment when we announced what we were doing and seeing everybody’s reaction is the best moment of my life”.
“This way we got to do it totally the way we wanted – it wasn’t traditional, we didn’t have a sit-down meal and there weren’t loads of speeches.
“Someone once told me their friend had a surprise wedding and it stuck in my mind.”
While Matthew added: ‘We couldn’t have had a better response. People just screamed for about ten minutes!”
