Professional racer Seb Morris has claimed that Nadia Essex also sent him “strange” messages before being axed from Celebs Go Dating.
The British GT Championship winner exclusively told OK! Online that Nadia targeted “anyone that had any disagreement towards her,” and added that he had even received a message from the former celebrity dating agent himself.
Matchmaker Nadia was removed from the dating show mid series last week, and shortly afterwards claimed she resigned. According to Lime Pictures “inappropriate use of social media” was the reason for her dismissal.
Since then, her former co-star Eden has claimed to The Sun that she created at least two social media accounts to target him online.
However, Seb claims it is not just Eden she was targeting.
“She sent me a strange direct message when I favourited one tweet from a fan saying they missed me and Eden,” he claimed.
Seb did not elaborate on the contents of the message from Nadia, but added: “Eden and I have remained incredibly close since the last series finished. Since he made me aware of [her trolling] it was clear it wasn’t just him that was a target.
“It was anyone that had any disagreement towards her”.
Eden previously revealed that Nadia had two known fake accounts, with the handles Valthesal and Jackthemainman1, that could often be seen blasting him and branding him a “liar” and a “cheat”.
Upon receiving the torrent of abusing messages, Eden contacted an analytics company to help him identify the person behind the accounts.
He claims they discovered that the last two digits of the mobile phone number linked to both accounts was the same as Nadia’s, while patterns of speech also indicated they were run by the same person, who was likely to be a female.
Furthermore, many of the tweets on both accounts were praising Nadia, and the profile picture on one was even from the Quiz clothing bridal range she had been promoting online.
The accounts – which have now been deactivated – communicated with a whole host of Celebs Go Dating stars while active, including Mike Thalassitis, Seb’s ex girlfriend Tallia Storm and even receptionist Tom Read Wilson.
While Nadia has not directly commented amid claims against her, she did take to social media to post a cryptic quote from Jameela Jamil, that read: “I just cannot stay silent any more. I can’t.
“I don’t care if I’m going down – I’m going down in flames. I’m fine not to work in this industry. But I’m not fine to not say anything”.
Discussing his former dating coach, Seb added: “I think she needs to have a long hard look at herself and maybe seek some help.
“Because it really isn’t normal to do what she’s doing to people.”
OK! Online have contacted Nadia’s representative for comment.
