Ariana Grande was left devastated earlier this month over the death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, who was found dead in his home at the age of 26 following a suspected overdose.
The God Is A Woman hitmaker is being supported by fiancé Pete Davidson as she takes time to “heal” following the tragic news.
But the 25 year old made sure to reassure her fans with a series of uplifting messages as she continues to mourn the loss of her ex.
Taking to Twitter, Ariana wrote to her 57.7 million followers: “Love u I’m thinking of u.”
And two days later she wrote: “Everything will be okay”, before adding: “I love u so v much.”
The singer’s management confirmed she is taking some time out for herself after she and fiancé Pete pulled out of the Emmy Awards 2018.
Her representative told People: “Contrary to reports, Ariana will not be attending the Emmys tonight.
“Pete has also opted to not attend to be with her in New York.
“Given the events of the past couple of years, Ariana is going to take some much needed time to heal and mend.”
The spokesperson added: “She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. She thanks her fans for their understanding.”
Her decision came just 10 days after the death of her former boyfriend – who was 26 – and over a year after a horrific terrorist attack at her concert in Manchester, in May 2017.
Days after Mac’s passing, Ariana posted a heartbreaking status regarding the loss of her “dearest friend”, saying she “adored” him from the day they met when she was 19.
